Gustavo Otero is a Senior Executive who currently serves as the Head of Distribution LATAM at Investors Trust. With almost 20 years of experience in the field, Gustavo specializes in wholesaling, business development, sales and marketing. He holds extensive experience in developing distribution channels in the financial services industry around Latin America and the Caribbean.

Justin is the Chief investment Officer of the Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (CGWM) funds division and manages the CG Cautious, Balanced and Growth Funds. He is a member of CGWM’s Asset Allocation, ESG and Passive Investment committees and joined the firm in 2000. Justin is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI, a Chartered Wealth Manager and is a former President of the Guernsey branch of the Institute.

Michael has worked in the offshore life assurance industry for over 25 years. Starting his journey on the Isle of Man with Royal Skandia, his commitment to great service and his ability to build relationships with advisers globally enabled Michael to quickly transition into Sales leading him to Hong Kong and Singapore to continue his work with Royal Skandia, Zurich International, Standard Life and in the last 8 years Hansard Worldwide. Michael continues to be committed to providing great service and to developing the Hansard proposition throughout Latin America.

Founder and Managing Member of Caystone Solutions (“Caystone”). Prior to establishing Caystone in January 2012, Wendy served for 11 years as CEO and Executive Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board (“BFSB”). BFSB works with the Bahamas government, regulators and private industry to ensure The Bahamas provides global clients with best-in-class financial services.

Caystone was established to liberate entrepreneurs, assets managers and families by providing tailored structuring, governance and administration services, including regulated trustee, corporate, private trust company, fund administration, accounting, directorship & governance, outsourced compliance and concierge services. She founded Onyx Partners in 2019 rounding out the service offering of the Caystone Group to include full trust services. Beginning her professional career in 1988, Wendy has worked in a variety of roles in the fund administration, wealth management and audit fields. She has served on various boards and committees including Bahamasair Holdings, Bahamas Electricity Corporation, Bahamas Trade Commission, the Financial Services Consultative Forum and the Bahamas Association of Mutual Fund Administrators. Wendy is also a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
